Mental Health Therapist

(MS/MA, MSW PsyD, Phd)

Location: Chicago, IL / Remote
Type: Full-Time

The Role

We are looking to hire a full-time therapist that is deeply committed to providing restorative and evidenced based therapy to folx in many differing modalities. We are hiring all levels of therapist degrees and licensure. Therapists can have either their provisional license (and need supervision) or be fully licensed (and looking for consistent consultation with a CWM clinician).

What you’ll do

  • Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples and or/families.

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (we use SimplePractice, Google, and Corporate Phone)

  • Participate in weekly supervision and/or consultation. Attend monthly didactic meetings focused on improving and growing clinical skills.

  • Contribute to our culture of continuous learning and empathy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensure: Must be fully or provisionally licensed to practice in Illinois. We are accepting associates at this time that will be supervised by a AAMFT Approved Supervisor.

  • Values: You value cultural humility, professional ethics, and a healthy work-life balance.

Why You’ll Love It Here

We know burnout is real. We’ve designed our practice to combat it:

  • Competitive Compensation: This also includes opportunities for merit increases which depends on licensure and years of experience in the practice.

  • Flexibility: Create a schedule that actually fits your life.

  • Admin Support: We handle billing, marketing, and any administrative challenges that come with being a therapist in an outpatient practice.

  • Growth: Opportunity for ongoing training and support in creating new ways to address mental health outside of just outpatient therapy.

About Can We Meet

At Can We Meet we believe that the best clinical work happens when therapists feel supported, seen, and empowered. We aren’t just an outpatient therapy practice; we are a community of practitioners dedicated to providing restorative therapy to marginalized communities and differing modalities.
