Our approach to individual therapy is a collaborative process where we meet one-on-one to explore, unpack, and develop coping strategies that align with your personal goals for therapy. We understand that each person’s experience is unique, and we work to explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and personal challenges in a safe, confidential environment. Using various evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we help clients identify unhelpful patterns and develop healthier coping strategies for concerns like anxiety, depression, or trauma. The ultimate goal is to foster self-awareness and provide the tools needed for long-term emotional resilience and personal growth.

We provide child and adolescent individual therapy using age-appropriate approaches tailored to each developmental stage, such as play therapy for younger children and experiential therapy for teens. We work with children and adolescents to help them process emotions and navigate developmental challenges in a supportive, safe environment. This work often includes collaboration with parents, where we offer guidance and strategies to help support their child’s progress at home. By addressing concerns such as behavioral outbursts, social anxiety, or academic stress early on, we help young folx foster strong relationships and develop healthy coping strategies.

Our approach to family therapy focuses on the family as a whole rather than on any one individual, viewing the household as a dynamic system where each member’s actions impact the entire unit. We work with families to improve communication, identify repetitive patterns of conflict, and establish healthier ways of relating to one another. Together, we address deep-seated tensions or shared trauma and navigate major life transitions such as divorce, grief, or the challenges of blending families, with the goal of fostering greater understanding, connection, and resilience within the family system.
53 minute session — $165*

We provide couples therapy as a structured, supportive space where partners can identify and shift negative interaction patterns that lead to disconnection and conflict. We work to help each partner express their needs more clearly and rebuild emotional intimacy. Whether couples are working through a specific crisis such as infidelity or looking to strengthen communication, the process focuses on deepening connection, strengthening the relationship, and creating a shared vision for the future.
At CWM, we believe the word couples doesn’t fully capture the diversity of relationships that exist in the world. We work with polycules, non-monogamous partners, friends, coworkers, and any relational dynamic that could benefit from additional support. Our approach honors the unique structure and needs of each relationship, creating space for healthier communication, understanding, and connection.
53 minute session — $165*
